Jennifer's keen design sense and dedication to creating exquisite living spaces have propelled her team to redefine design, organization, and home decor in Las Vegas and expanding her brand to South Texas.

Fiona, our NAPO certified organizer, is a dedicated to her craft and has a passion for organizing and design. She has brought her expertise from the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, where she previously worked as a Professional Organizer and Moving Concierge. Fiona's background in Real Estate and a Graphic Design degree from Central St. Martins in London contributes to her diverse skill set at Urban West.

Apart from excelling in design, organization, project management, and graphic design, Fiona showcases her athleticism asa Tennis enthusiast at Sienna Country Club. When she's not on the courts perfecting her serve, you might find Fiona traveling to her home country of Scottland or to Portugal Spain to visit her recently relocated daughter.

Her approach to organizing is not just about decluttering spaces but also about transforming them into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that reflect the unique style and needs of each client.

organizer and design execution expert. She brings her dedication and multiple skills and talents to Urban West. Wendy is a reliable asset to our team, demonstrating her passion for design through each carefully curated accessory and furniture piece.

She finds joy in witnessing the transformative power of design in a space. A Las Vegas native for over 19 years, Wendy cherishes all aspects of design, particularly modern and fresh urban spaces. In her free time, she enjoys poetry, painting, reading, and hiking.

Wendy's artistic pursuits outside of work add a unique depth to her professional expertise. Her poetry often reflects the vibrant energy and eclectic culture of urban life, while her paintings display a keen eye for color and form, elements she seamlessly integrates into her design projects. Through reading, she constantly expands her knowledge and draws inspiration from a myriad of sources, staying on top of the latest trends and innovations in the design world.
